I have been practicing the last nine years and have trained as an advanced therapist in order to improve my skills and help others gain the best possible from their treatments. I continue to attend various lectures and seminars as part of my continuous professional development.

I first decided to train as a spa therapist while in a highly pressurized office job. I was permanently stressed and often brought my work home with me..then it hit me..there must be something better then all this!
I have always been a born nurturor and through massage school. I have obtained a life of what I love to do.
It has given me the skills to help others and to make a difference.

I trained in Anatomy and Physiology and the went on to massage school . Alongside this, I trained in First- Aid , medical esthetics, professional conduct and business awareness.
